A tribute to the
Vaqueros.

Our family had a busy schedule, kids in tow, always on the move. We wanted a real protein snack — not jerky drowning in sugar, soy, food coloring, and preservatives we can't pronounce.

So we built one. SECA Carnivore Chips are thin, crispy meat chips made the way the Vaqueros made carne seca — the dried beef that fueled them across the rugged trails of the American West. Two ingredients. Nothing else.

  • Slow-dried, never fried. Cut thin so they snap. The carne seca craft, modernized.
  • Kosher salt. No "natural flavors." No sugar. No seed oils. No preservatives.
  • Carnivore, keto, paleo, lion-diet approved. If it's not on the bag, it's not in the bag.
